This service includes diagnosing communication failures, restoring monitoring connectivity, and verifying that your system is reporting production data properly when possible. Our support team will work to identify issues that may be preventing your system from communicating effectively so you can maintain visibility into your solar performance. Please Note: This service includes one (1) initial site visit and communication troubleshooting without additional equipment. Additional services or equipment, such as Ethernet cabling, Wi-Fi extenders, networking hardware, or advanced troubleshooting, may be required depending on your site conditions and are not included in the listed service price. This purchase covers one (1) service visit for communication troubleshooting and monitoring restoration only. If additional repairs, equipment, or follow-up visits are necessary, we will provide recommendations and pricing for approval before proceeding.
