In 1998, Erin House, a long-time general manager, bought the restaurant and adjacent real estate. Upon retirement, Erin and his wife moved to Arizona. In 2010, Hani Kamani stepped in and agreed to purchase the business and real estate. Together, they were able to secure 90% financing for the purchase.
